Business Communications Manager – Middle East (Smart Power/Smart Building)

About the role

ABB is looking for a Business Communications Manager to lead local communication initiatives for the Smart Power and Smart Building divisions in the Middle East region. You will work onsite, collaborating with global and regional teams to create compelling stories, support marketing activities, and enhance ABB’s corporate image.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement local communication plans for two Electrification Business divisions.
• Create and distribute content for targeted audiences across digital, social, and traditional channels.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams on events, trade shows, conferences, and joint campaigns.
• Support executive messaging for trade media, digital communications, and thought‑leadership pieces.
• Localise global campaigns and manage lead‑generation activities using Pardot and similar tools.
• Own the business content on local social and digital platforms for Smart Power and Smart Building solutions.
• Produce and publish brochures, catalogues, and other sales literature in print and electronic formats.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate or business communications within an industrial or technology environment.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with global communications, regional marketing, and sales leaders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, events, and content production cycles.
• Excellent written and editorial skills aligned with ABB brand standards.
