Business Data Analyst – Jeddah

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Business Data Analyst to collect, analyse and interpret business data that supports strategic decision‑making and improves operational performance. The role works closely with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into actionable insights and visual reports.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and interpret data from multiple sources to support business objectives.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and KPIs to monitor performance.
• Identify trends, patterns and opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
• Prepare regular and ad‑hoc reports for management and key stakeholders.
• Validate data accuracy and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Support forecasting, budgeting and business planning with data‑driven insights.
• Document business requirements, data definitions and reporting processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of data analysis techniques and reporting methodologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Microsoft Excel.
• Power BI for data visualisation and dashboard development.
