Business Data Analyst (SAP S/4HANA)

About the role

The Business Data Analyst will turn complex manufacturing data into actionable insights for executive and departmental decision‑making. Working primarily with the SAP S/4HANA ERP system, you will support the Supply Chain, Production, Quality Assurance and Finance teams in Jeddah.

Key responsibilities

• Extract, clean and analyse large datasets from SAP S/4HANA modules (PP, MM, FI‑CO, HCM, SD) to monitor performance, inventory and cost variances.
• Design, develop and maintain interactive dashboards and automated reports using Power BI or SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define KPIs, translate business needs into technical solutions and ensure data consistency.
• Identify trends, bottlenecks and anomalies in manufacturing processes and propose data‑driven optimisation recommendations.
• Maintain data governance standards, validate source data and document data flows.
