Business Development Associate – FM Services

About the role

EOM is seeking a Business Development Associate to expand its facilities management (FM) business across Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on creating new opportunities, building client relationships, and shaping commercial proposals that deliver value‑based services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new FM business opportunities and grow the book of business in the western region and across Saudi Arabia.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, asset owners, operators, consultants, and corporate clients.
• Identify and qualify government, semi‑government, and private‑sector opportunities.
• Lead client meetings to capture technical and commercial requirements.
• Collaborate with Operations and Engineering to design practical FM solutions.
• Prepare commercial proposals, pricing structures, and contract offers.
• Coordinate RFQs, RFPs, pre‑qualifications, and tender submissions.
• Participate in commercial negotiations and contract discussions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
• Bilingual candidates (Arabic/English) are preferred.
