Business Development Executive – Architecture (Female)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic female Business Development Executive to drive growth in the architectural sector for Jetcom International in Jeddah. The role focuses on expanding the client base, building strong relationships, and delivering compelling proposals to secure new projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the architecture industry.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Create and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Collaborate with the architecture team to understand project capabilities and requirements.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to shape business development strategies.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.
• Provide regular reports on sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Architecture or Business Administration (MBA).
• 3‑5 years of business development or sales experience, preferably in architecture.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of architectural industry trends and practices.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Willingness to travel within the region.
• Targeted candidates from Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Jordan, Egypt or other GCC countries; preferably female.
