Business Development Executive (Bilingual) – K-12

About the role

Panworld Education is seeking a driven Business Development Executive to lead K‑12 growth across Dammam and the wider Eastern Province. You will be the face of the company in the region, building trusted partnerships with school leaders and delivering sustainable, long‑term business results.

Key responsibilities

• Retain and grow key accounts, building lasting partnerships with existing schools.
• Win new business by identifying, approaching and onboarding K‑12 schools across Dammam and the Eastern Province.
• Sell solutions, not just products, by matching each school’s goals with appropriate resources from publishing partners.
• Deliver clear, persuasive presentations in Arabic and English to principals, academic heads and decision‑makers.
• Build a strong pipeline, achieve targets and drive sustainable revenue growth year on year.
• Provide market insights on school needs, competitor activity and education trends to shape regional strategy.
• Represent Panworld on school visits, education events and exhibitions throughout the region.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education or a related field.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Proven experience in B2B business development, sales or account management.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑driven, target‑focused mindset.
• Residence in Dammam or willingness to relocate, with a valid Saudi driver’s licence.
