Business Development Executive – Construction Sector

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive growth in the construction sector for Golden Mean Contracting Company in Riyadh. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on generating new opportunities, expanding existing accounts and building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and close new business opportunities within the construction market.
• Generate and qualify leads, and develop pipelines to meet revenue targets.
• Maintain and grow existing client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to shape sales strategies.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including project, engineering and finance—to deliver tailored solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in new business development and lead generation.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of the construction sector.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
