About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive growth of our Oiltools portfolio in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on expanding market share for drilling fluids and drilling waste management solutions while building strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of sales and business development strategies aligned with the Management Plan.
- Identify target markets, high‑potential customers and new business opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through negotiation and deal closure.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing commercial and technical support.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, presentations and tender submissions.
- Collaborate with operations, technical, finance and product support teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor sales targets, forecasts, pipeline performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Promote adherence to Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of technical sales and business development experience in the oil & gas industry.
- Proven experience with drilling fluids and drilling waste management solutions.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation and client management abilities.
- Experience in tendering, forecasting, pipeline management and preparing technical proposals.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
