Business Development Executive – Saudi National

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, results‑driven Business Development Executive to join our Riyadh team. The role focuses on acquiring new merchants, managing accounts and building strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth for Paymob in the Saudi market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute merchant acquisition strategies.
• Use lead generation tools to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Convert leads into sales opportunities and manage the full sales cycle.
• Expand Paymob’s presence across KSA by understanding local business needs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align strategies and enhance client satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and refine acquisition efforts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales or account management within KSA.
• Hands‑on experience with merchants, partnerships, or in retail, fintech or e‑commerce sectors.
• Proactive problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Fluent in English with strong communication, analytical and negotiation skills.
