Business Development Manager – Body Shop

About the role

The Business Development Manager – Body Shop will lead revenue growth and market expansion for Al-Futtaim Automotive’s body and paint operations across Saudi Arabia. You will focus on key segments such as fleet, insurance, non‑agency repairs, electric vehicles, premium and agency business for BYD and multibrand locations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and secure new business partnerships with insurers, fleet operators, corporate clients and leasing companies.
• Define and execute market entry and expansion strategies for body‑shop operations in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships to ensure a steady flow of repair volumes.
• Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to spot trends, pricing benchmarks and new opportunities.
• Monitor sales performance and pipeline, taking corrective actions to meet financial targets.
• Propose and launch new products, pricing models and value‑added services to boost revenue and customer experience.
• Collaborate with operations to align capacity, service quality and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven ability to identify, develop and convert business opportunities across insurance, fleet, EV and premium segments.
• Experience managing strategic partnerships with insurers, fleet operators and corporate clients.
• Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation skills.
