Business Development Manager – Catering & Facilities

About the role

The company is a leading catering and facilities management provider in Saudi Arabia, serving major industrial and corporate sectors. As a Business Development Manager you will drive new business across the Kingdom, focusing on oil & gas, EPC, construction, worker camps and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new catering and facilities management opportunities across KSA.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through direct prospecting, networking and relationships with clients, consultants and contractors.
• Generate RFQs, develop commercial proposals and lead negotiations to finalise contracts.
• Prepare sales forecasts, market and competitor intelligence, business development plans and management reports.
• Achieve agreed revenue targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of B2B business development or sales experience in KSA, preferably in contract/industrial catering.
• Extensive network in catering, facilities management, O&G, EPC, construction or camp management sectors.
• Proven ability to generate leads, RFQs and convert them into revenue‑generating contracts.
• Currently residing in KSA with a transferable/local visa, a valid Saudi driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide.
