Business Development Manager – ClearSkies

About the role

Odyssey Cybersecurity is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth of its ClearSkies portfolio across Saudi Arabia. You will develop and execute a focused business development strategy, acquire new customers and ensure ClearSkies solutions are positioned as the preferred choice.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement business development plans aligned with management targets.
• Identify, recruit and manage channel partners, prepare proposals and track revenue pipelines.
• Present Odyssey’s services and ClearSkies products to potential partners and customers.
• Negotiate and finalize cooperation agreements and contracts with channel partners.
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements and competitor activity, providing regular reports.
• Support partners during presentations and assist them in understanding scope of work.
• Organize and attend marketing events and channel partner visits to motivate performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in cybersecurity.
• Strong strategic thinking with ability to balance short‑term client needs and long‑term business goals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of building trusted relationships.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
