Business Development Manager – Data Transformation

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead commercial growth of our data transformation services across the Middle East. The role focuses on selling innovative, first‑to‑market technology solutions to Oil & Gas and Mining operators.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional business development plans to drive adoption of niche data services and achieve growth targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with decision‑makers such as geoscientists, data managers and IT leaders in national and international Oil & Gas and Mining companies.
• Sell first‑to‑market solutions, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Identify client pain points and demonstrate the value of AI‑driven data transformation solutions.
• Achieve revenue targets and ensure sustainable regional growth.
• Represent the company at conferences, networking events and through market research.

Required profile

• Proven track record in selling innovative technology solutions within Oil & Gas and Mining.
• Strong network with national and international operators in the Middle East.
• Deep industry knowledge of data transformation and digital solutions.
