Business Development Manager – EdTech (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth for an AI‑first EdTech platform across Saudi Arabia. The role is fully remote and ideal for teachers moving into sales or experienced EdTech sales professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new school and international school customers.
• Conduct product demos and close consultative SaaS deals.
• Generate pipeline through networking, outbound and inbound activities.
• Build long‑term relationships with school leaders and senior stakeholders.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial conversation to signed contract.

Required profile

• Background as a teacher/educator transitioning to sales or proven experience selling EdTech SaaS solutions.
• Familiarity with IB, British, American or other international curricula.
• Fluent Arabic and strong written and spoken English.
• Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Required skills

• Consultative SaaS sales.
• Pipeline generation and prospecting.
• Demo delivery and contract negotiation.
