Business Development Manager – Fashion & Beauty

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead the acquisition and onboarding of fashion, beauty and baby brands for the Saudi market. You will drive growth by building strong partnerships and ensuring successful launch of new brands on our e‑commerce platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new local and international fashion, beauty and baby brands.
• Develop and execute strategic brand acquisition plans to meet category growth targets.
• Negotiate commercial terms, including commission rates, marketing contributions and partnership models.
• Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, operations and finance teams to ensure smooth onboarding and launch.
• Analyse performance metrics and sales reports to uncover growth opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the KSA e‑commerce space.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and networking opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field (MBA preferred).
• 3‑6 years of experience in Business Development or Category Management, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Experience with platforms such as Namshi, Noon, Trendyol, Amazon or local KSA e‑commerce sites is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for reporting and data analysis.
