Business Development Manager – Fire Suppression (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

The Business Development Manager for Fire Suppression will report to the Territory Sales Director – Fire Suppression (Middle East) and be based in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on expanding the fire‑suppression portfolio, driving growth, and securing maintenance contracts and project opportunities with strategic customers across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies for fire‑suppression product lines in Saudi Arabia.
• Identify, pursue, and close FEED‑stage projects to build long‑term revenue streams.
• Act as a trusted advisor to key customers, managing relationships with specifiers and decision‑makers.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including sales and technology, to deliver integrated solutions.
• Conduct regular business reviews to uncover new sales opportunities and ensure high service standards.

Required profile

• Degree‑educated or equivalent professional experience.
• 5–7 years of proven sales and business development experience.
• Minimum 3 years managing large national accounts in a B2B environment.
• Strong hunter mindset with the ability to work independently in a matrix organization.
• Excellent planning, organization, and time‑management skills.
