Business Development Manager - Gaming/Tech

About the role
We are seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives for gaming and technology brands across the APAC region. The role is fully remote and offers the chance to work with globally recognised clients on high‑impact campaigns while collaborating with cross‑functional creative, strategy and events teams.
Key responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by meeting sales targets for gross margin, client acquisition and conversion performance in APAC.
- Own the end‑to‑end business development cycle: prospecting, outreach, lead qualification, proposal creation, negotiation and closing.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with gaming and technology clients, identifying expansion opportunities.
- Conduct consultative discussions to understand client challenges and craft tailored solutions.
- Partner with internal creative, strategy and events teams to ensure proposals are innovative and commercially sound.
- Optimize CRM workflows, lead management and pitch processes using HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions and client meetings locally and internationally.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of experience in business development, sales or marketing.
- Proven experience in the gaming or technology sector.
- Background in an in‑house commercial team or a marketing/creative agency.
- Demonstrated ability to manage pipelines and close deals independently.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging senior stakeholders.
- Fluent English; Mandarin or Korean is a strong advantage.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as needed.
