Business Development Manager – Healthcare IT (KSA)

About the role

Medinous is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new business for its Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and Clinic Management Solutions across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This field‑oriented, target‑driven position focuses on acquiring clinics, day‑care centres, specialty medical groups and mid‑sized hospitals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and convert new opportunities across hospitals, clinics, day‑care centres and specialty medical groups in KSA.
• Build a strong prospect pipeline through field visits, networking, industry events, referrals and partner relationships.
• Conduct on‑site meetings and facility visits to understand workflows, uncover pain points and position Medinous solutions.
• Develop and execute territory sales strategies aligned with growth objectives, maintaining a healthy pipeline at all stages.
• Own the end‑to‑end sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation and contract closure.
• Act as a healthcare technology evangelist, communicating the value of Medinous’s HIS, clinic management and AI‑enabled solutions.
• Collaborate with presales, product, implementation and support teams to craft compelling proposals.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of experience in sales or business development within healthcare IT, HIS or related technology solutions.
• Hunter mindset with a proven track record of acquiring new customers.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with senior decision‑makers such as CXOs, medical directors and IT leaders.
• Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Required skills

• Understanding of Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and clinic management solutions.
• Familiarity with NPHIES certification standards and healthcare technology implementations.
