Business Development Manager – Industrial Experience

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth for industrial manufacturing and construction projects across Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building a robust pipeline, and closing high‑value contracts in sectors such as pipes, textiles, garments, and general trading.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for manufacturing factories and plants throughout the Kingdom.
• Build and manage a strong project pipeline from prospecting to signed contracts.
• Prepare project budgeting and operational design proposals for prospective clients.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with revenue and growth targets.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with real‑estate developers, property owners, PMCs, and corporate clients.
• Act as primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and commercial offers in coordination with design and operations teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of sales experience in Saudi Arabia, preferably within manufacturing, construction, or fit‑out sectors.
• Strong network within the KSA business community.
• Proven track record of closing high‑value projects.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Transferable Iqama and ability to join immediately.
