About the role

TLC Worldwide is looking for a Business Development Manager to join its fast‑growing team in Saudi Arabia. You will help global brands acquire and retain customers through data‑driven, experience‑led rewards campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with major brands.
• Design and present data‑driven proposals that boost customer acquisition and loyalty.
• Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative and analytics teams to deliver personalised campaigns at scale.
• Track performance metrics and provide insights to optimise ROI.

Required profile

• At least 1 month of relevant experience in sales or business development.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on measurable results.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
