Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth and strengthen partnerships for Dyna Air in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on building and managing relationships with key accounts, delivering tailored solutions, and achieving sales and strategic targets.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and nurture collaborative relationships with partner accounts, providing deep insights and solutions aligned with client needs.
• Lead solution development and coordinate internal departments to deliver productive outcomes for partners.
• Drive adoption of company programs, meet sales targets, and manage joint partner planning including financial objectives and milestones.
• Develop and enforce effective channel engagement policies while managing potential conflicts.
• Collaborate with partner sales resources to achieve end‑client targets and support contract follow‑up.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
• 3–5+ years of experience in account management, business development or customer success, preferably in ICT, Telecom or AI.
• Experience with large technology vendors (e.g., Huawei, ZTE, Cisco, Dell, AWS, Microsoft) is strongly preferred.
• Prior exposure to Middle‑East markets (Saudi Arabia, UAE, GCC) is a major advantage.
• Ability to manage enterprise and government customer relationships independently, from requirement gathering to contract follow‑up.
• Strong execution mindset, high ownership, proactive and self‑driven.
