Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to accelerate growth within the FinTech sector. You will create new revenue streams by identifying merchant and financing opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and nurturing long‑term B2B relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with merchants and financing partners.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with financing companies.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform partnership models.
• Develop commercial proposals and partnership contracts.
• Coordinate KYC/KYB pre‑checks with the Compliance team.
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Represent the company in partner meetings, emphasizing the brokerage role rather than lending.
• Maintain CRM data, track the sales pipeline, and generate regular reports.
• Lead B2B negotiations and manage long sales cycles.
