Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive growth of turnkey fit‑out and furniture supply projects in Saudi Arabia and the wider Gulf region. The role will focus on identifying new commercial opportunities, managing tender processes and building strong client and partner relationships to achieve revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business growth strategy for turnkey fit‑out and furniture supply projects, emphasizing profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct deep market research to pinpoint profitable opportunities, including new clients, partnerships and product lines.
• Target, qualify and participate in relevant tenders, monitor tender activities and coordinate the proposal process to meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with digital marketing, graphic design and interior design teams to enhance brand visibility, increase organic traffic and position the company effectively.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with clients, business partners and suppliers, and represent the company at national and regional industry events.
• Prepare monthly activity reports and quarterly goal‑achievement reports for senior management.

Required profile

• BSc/BA in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, preferably within the construction, interiors or fit‑out sector.
• Strong negotiation and networking abilities, with a focus on the KSA or UAE market.
• Excellent time‑management, planning and organisational skills.
• Ability to analyse market data, identify trends and uncover new revenue opportunities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with CRM software.
• Fluent English communication skills.
