About the role
The Business Development Manager will lead revenue growth for C3 Modular Solutions, focusing on modular and prefabricated construction projects across Saudi Arabia and the GCC. Reporting to the Head of C3 Modular Solutions, the role bridges strategy, client engagement, and project origination to expand the company’s market presence.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute an annual Business Development strategy aligned with corporate growth targets.
- Identify and map opportunities in residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, education, and infrastructure sectors.
- Maintain a structured opportunity pipeline, conduct market and competitor analysis, and make go/no‑go decisions.
- Lead the full business development lifecycle from market intelligence to bid submission, contract award, and handover to Operations.
- Represent the company at industry events, government forums, and client meetings locally and internationally.
- Collaborate with Commercial & Estimation teams to ensure rigorous, high‑quality commercial execution.
Required profile
- Proven leadership experience in business development within the construction or modular solutions sector.
- Deep understanding of the KSA Vision 2030 programmes and regional procurement frameworks.
- Strong network with institutional clients, government entities, and major project owners in the GCC.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
