Business Development Manager – SaaS (Riyadh)

About the role

Wego is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive the growth of its corporate travel and expense management platform, WegoPro, across the Saudi market. Based in Riyadh, you will sell SaaS solutions to corporate and enterprise clients, building long‑term relationships with senior decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new corporate and enterprise customers across multiple industries in Saudi Arabia.
• Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to negotiation, demo delivery and closing.
• Develop and execute account strategies that align with customer business needs and drive revenue growth.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting and sales activity records in CRM.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, Product and other internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Represent WegoPro at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities to generate leads.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of B2B SaaS sales or Business Development experience, with a proven record of selling to C‑level executives such as Procurement, HR, Finance, CFOs and COOs.
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, stakeholder management, negotiation and closing.
• Deep knowledge of the Saudi B2B market and experience working with corporate and enterprise clients.
• Fluent Arabic and strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
