Business Development Manager – Saudi Arabia

About the role

Pure Renewables Commercial Ltd is expanding its presence in Saudi Arabia and seeks an experienced Business Development Manager to establish the company in the market and build a strong pipeline of industrial and commercial heat‑pump projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business development strategy for Pure Renewables within Saudi Arabia.
• Leverage an established professional network to introduce Pure Renewables to key decision‑makers and potential clients.
• Identify and qualify large‑scale industrial and commercial heat‑pump projects and secure introductions with senior stakeholders.
• Represent Pure Renewables at industry events and collaborate with UK‑based sales and engineering teams to develop technically and commercially sound proposals.

Required profile

• Significant business development or senior commercial experience within Saudi Arabia with a strong network in industrial, commercial, construction, energy or HVAC sectors.
• Proven ability to generate introductions and create new commercial opportunities for complex technical solutions.
• Deep understanding of Saudi business culture, relationship building and long sales cycles.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills, and ability to work independently while staying aligned with UK colleagues.

What we offer

• Base salary of approximately SAR 325,000 per year.
