About the role
The Business Development Manager will independently drive growth of our software and IT solutions within the Bahrain market and broader region. You will be responsible for expanding the Convene portfolio, building relationships with key customers, and delivering revenue targets.
Key responsibilities
- Create detailed business plans for the assigned region.
- Lead sales and marketing activities through a shared team to achieve targets.
- Report planned versus actual business performance to senior management.
- Identify and pursue opportunities with BFSI customers and government agencies.
Required profile
- Proven experience in SaaS software sales.
- Track record handling BFSI sector and government accounts.
- Strong analytical mindset to forecast market trends.
- Excellent presentation skills as a brand ambassador.
