About the role
Al Khazama Co LTD is seeking a full‑time Business Development professional to work on‑site in Al‑Khobar. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and building strong client relationships within the industrial, NDT, calibration and inspection sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities across the oil & gas market.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to spot trends and growth areas.
- Build and maintain long‑term client relationships, delivering tailored solutions.
- Develop strategic plans and support customer‑service processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business‑growth objectives.
Required profile
- Strong analytical and market‑research capabilities.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Proven lead‑generation and prospect‑conversion experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Experience in industrial, NDT, calibration, quality‑control or inspection sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
- Understanding of pre‑qualification processes for major oil & gas companies.
