Business Development Representative – B2B SaaS

About the role

Our client is hiring commercially driven sales talent to support continued growth in Saudi Arabia. This flexible opportunity is suitable for candidates with experience across SDR, BDR, inside sales, business development, account management, or early‑stage enterprise sales.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify and nurture inbound and outbound sales opportunities.
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Engage potential customers through calls, email, LinkedIn, and other sales channels.
• Research target accounts and identify relevant decision‑makers.
• Schedule qualified meetings for the wider sales team.
• Maintain accurate records and activity updates in the CRM.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to support campaign and pipeline goals.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for meetings, qualified opportunities, and pipeline generation.

Required profile

• Previous experience in SDR, BDR, inside sales, sales development, business development, or account management.
• Experience in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS, software, technology, or another fast‑paced commercial environment.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic & English.
• Confident engaging prospects by phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Target‑driven, resilient, organised, and comfortable working in a high‑growth environment.
