Business Development Representative – Cybersecurity & Multi-Cloud

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to drive growth in the Riyadh market, focusing on acquiring and developing new customers across cybersecurity consulting, multi‑cloud operations, and data‑center technology operations & maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Own new business development in the Riyadh region, identifying and qualifying opportunities across enterprise, mid‑market and regulated sectors.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, conduct meetings with C‑level executives, IT Directors, CISOs and Infrastructure Heads.
• Sell cybersecurity assessments, consulting and managed services, multi‑cloud operations (AWS, Azure, GCP, hybrid), and data‑center operations, maintenance and technical support.
• Develop long‑term relationships with customers, consultants and local partners, navigating procurement cycles, RFIs/RFPs and vendor onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, provide market feedback on competitors, pricing and trends, and contribute to go‑to‑market strategies for Riyadh and the Central Region.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of proven B2B IT services sales or business development experience.
• Strong exposure to enterprise or government sales cycles in Riyadh.
• Solid understanding of at least one of: cybersecurity consulting & frameworks, cloud/multi‑cloud operations, data‑center infrastructure & operations.
• Proven ability to open doors, build pipelines and close deals.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
