Business Development Representative – Inside Sales & Tele‑Sales

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Inside Sales & Tele‑Sales Executive to drive outbound B2B appointment‑setting for our scrap metal recycling and waste logistics services. You will be the first point of contact for manufacturing plants, fabrication workshops and industrial facilities across key regional zones, introducing our solutions and securing qualified meetings for the field business development team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound cold calls to decision‑makers such as Plant Managers, Operations Heads and Procurement Officers.
• Research and map industrial targets, identify key contacts and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Deliver a concise value proposition on scrap collection, off‑cut removal and skip‑bin logistics, handling objections and highlighting competitive pricing.
• Qualify leads based on waste generation, scrap volume and disposal challenges, then schedule face‑to‑face or virtual appointments.
• Update call logs, lead statuses and follow‑up reminders daily using Google Sheets, Google Tasks or other CRM tools.
• Provide market insights on competitor activity, pricing feedback and upcoming factory expansions to management.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of proven B2B tele‑sales, inside sales or appointment‑setting experience, preferably in industrial, logistics or manufacturing sectors.
• Exceptional verbal communication with a confident, persuasive phone presence.
• Fluent in English and strong proficiency in Arabic (Saudi dialect) for effective interaction with local managers.
• High energy, resilience to cold‑call rejection and a drive to meet daily/weekly call and appointment quotas.
• Comfortable using basic digital tools, CRM systems and Google Workspace for research and tracking.
