Business Development Representative

About the role

Cargoz is expanding its warehousing network in Saudi Arabia and seeks a proactive Business Development Representative to drive B2B sales. You will act as the primary contact for prospective clients, guiding them from initial outreach through to successful onboarding of our storage solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential customers across various industries.
• Conduct outreach, present Cargoz’s warehousing services, and tailor solutions to client needs.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, pipeline tracking, negotiations, and contract closure.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in logistics, preferably with direct warehousing exposure.
• Saudi nationality preferred but not mandatory.
• Valid Saudi driving licence.
• Target‑driven, able to work independently and meet sales objectives.
• Excellent written and spoken English for professional B2B communication.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑building abilities.
