Business Development & Sales Executive

About the role

Sun Tours is seeking a Business Development & Sales Executive to drive growth of its travel and tourism services across Saudi Arabia. The role is field‑based, requiring frequent client visits, networking and direct engagement with corporate customers, travel agencies and other partners.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Saudi market.
• Conduct regular outdoor visits and face‑to‑face meetings with potential and existing clients.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, events and market research.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies and other partners.
• Present Sun Tours’ travel and tourism services and prepare proposals, quotations and commercial offers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver suitable travel solutions.
• Follow up leads, convert opportunities into confirmed business and achieve monthly/annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs.
• Represent Sun Tours at business meetings, exhibitions and industry functions.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, opportunities and provide regular sales reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in outdoor sales, business development, B2B sales or tourism/travel sales.
• Proven experience in the Saudi market; travel & tourism background is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Target‑driven, proactive and highly motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Valid Saudi driving licence and access to a car (preferred).
