Business Development Specialist – Creative Sector

About the role

The Business Development Specialist will drive Qureos Inc’s growth in the creative, events and marketing services sector across the MENA region. You will identify high‑growth opportunities, build strategic partnerships and convert leads into revenue‑generating contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in high‑growth sectors throughout the MENA region.
• Build and manage a robust B2B pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
• Develop data‑driven pitch decks and tailored proposals that align with client objectives.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with local and international companies to secure profitable, long‑term deals.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with universities, government entities and private organisations to boost brand visibility.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine product positioning and spot emerging trends.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure campaigns and event concepts support business development goals.

Required profile

• Proven track record in sales, business development or account management within creative or luxury industries.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Strategic vision to translate creative ideas into actionable business plans.
• Strong persuasion and communication skills for building long‑term relationships with decision‑makers.
• Problem‑solving mindset capable of handling pressure and tight deadlines.
