About the role

We are looking for an experienced and results‑driven Business Development Specialist to join our healthcare team in Abha. The role focuses on identifying growth opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and supporting revenue expansion while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business and partnership opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies.
• Support sales, marketing, and branding strategies to increase market share.
• Lead and follow up on business development plans and initiatives.
• Participate in negotiations, contracts, and partnership discussions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align business development efforts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of business development experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics and regulations.
