Business Development Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our Riyadh team. The role focuses on identifying and securing new business opportunities, especially within the Saudi government sector, and fostering strong client relationships to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities across the market.
• Develop and maintain relationships with government entities, clients, and key stakeholders.
• Manage existing accounts and uncover opportunities for account expansion.
• Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and commercial documents.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date pipeline of leads and projects, following up on potential opportunities.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to pinpoint growth areas.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver timely, high‑quality responses to client requirements.
• Contribute to achieving assigned business development targets and prepare regular reports on progress.

Required profile

• Saudi national with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6–7 years of experience in business development, account management, or sales.
• Proven experience working with government entities or public‑sector projects is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of business development processes and opportunity management.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Strong analytical, market‑research, and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and meet deadlines.
