About the role
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Specialist to join our fast‑growing team in Khobar. In this role you will identify and engage new merchants and brand partners, turning prospects into long‑term collaborations that drive revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Research, target and approach potential merchants and brand partners across various channels.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking each opportunity from first contact to signed agreement.
- Conduct outreach via phone calls, emails, LinkedIn and other outreach tools.
- Present partnership proposals, negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and monitor partnership performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new merchants.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition targets.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales or partnership roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
- Intermediate proficiency in English.
- Experience in e‑commerce, marketplaces, affiliate marketing or digital platforms is a plus.
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
