Business Development Specialist – Saudi Arabia

About the role

Whiplash Production seeks a senior Business Development Specialist to drive growth in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on building revenue streams within the advertising, production, media, and post‑production sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Open new doors and generate qualified leads across agencies, brands and production companies.
• Convert relationships into active client contracts.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of agency, brand and production work.
• Develop long‑term client relationships and provide market insights.
• Identify new business opportunities and trends.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO, producers and creative teams.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of Business Development or Sales experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Established network of agencies, production houses, brands and marketing teams.
• Proven track record of generating revenue and closing deals.
• Strong understanding of post‑production and creative services.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and build business from the ground up.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
