About the role
Masterworks is seeking a skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to transform raw data into actionable insights. You will design and implement data models, reports, and dashboards that support informed decision‑making across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop BI reporting solutions aligned with business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and refine BI strategies.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy while managing ETL processes.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports that display key performance indicators.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a BI Developer or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency with BI tools, especially Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with SQL and data‑warehousing concepts.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
