Business Planning Analyst / Specialist

About the role

The Business Planning Analyst / Specialist will drive the development and execution of business plans, budgets and performance reporting for our industrial operations in Jubail. You will work closely with senior management to translate strategic objectives into measurable targets and provide insightful dashboards for decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and monitor annual budgets and forecasts across multiple business units.
• Prepare performance reports and executive dashboards for board and senior leadership.
• Utilise SAP for business planning, data extraction and reporting.
• Create and standardise procedures, templates and performance databases for corporate functions.
• Support Total Quality Management (TQM) initiatives and internal auditing processes.
• Design visual graphics and presentations to communicate results effectively.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in business planning, budgeting, performance management and reporting.
• Deep knowledge of business objective development and performance measurement.
• Background in oil & gas, chemical, petrochemical, food or feed industries.
• Proficiency with SAP for planning and reporting.
• Professional experience in board and executive reporting, graphics and dashboards.
• Strong expertise in developing procedures, templates and performance databases.
• Good understanding of TQM and auditing practices.
• Must be locally available in Jubail.
