Business Planning Engineer

About the role

Tasnee is seeking a Business Planning Engineer to support its petrochemical operations in Jubail. The role focuses on inventory management, pipeline sales coordination, contract review, and the preparation of production forecasts and management presentations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly forecasts in coordination with raw‑material suppliers, utilities providers and olefins buyers.
• Maintain and update departmental databases and master sheets on production, consumption, sales and other performance indicators.
• Review and calculate monthly pipeline sales prices and prepare related supply agreements.
• Develop and monitor economic models and olefin inventory management tools to aid profitability decisions.
• Support plant tolling forecasts and coordinate with all relevant parties.
• Create high‑level management presentations, charts and reports as required.
• Participate in on‑call duty and emergency task coverage on a rotational basis.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the petrochemical industry.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders.
