Business Process Architect

About the role

We are seeking a Business Process Architect to establish, govern, and optimise enterprise‑wide process architecture frameworks across wealth management, asset management and capital markets operations. The role will partner with business, operations, product and technology teams to analyse current‑state processes, identify inefficiencies and design scalable future‑state operating models that drive operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain enterprise‑wide process architecture and governance models across operational and business domains.
• Facilitate discovery workshops with cross‑functional stakeholders to document, analyse and optimise workflows.
• Document current‑state (As‑Is) processes, pinpoint bottlenecks, manual dependencies and fragmented workflows.
• Design and implement future‑state (To‑Be) process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability and business outcomes.
• Lead process engineering and workflow optimisation initiatives across functions such as client onboarding, trading operations, reconciliation, regulatory reporting and investment servicing.
• Translate manual activities and legacy workarounds into structured business requirements, user stories and automation opportunities.
• Define and support governance of business analysis and process engineering standards, methodologies and best practices.
• Collaborate with technology teams to drive standardisation, automation and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in business process architecture, process engineering or workflow optimisation.
• Proven experience within wealth management, asset management or capital markets environments.
• Strong ability to lead workshops, analyse complex processes and communicate improvements to senior stakeholders.
• Experience designing and governing enterprise‑wide process frameworks and governance models.
