Business System Analyst

About the role

Andersen Lab is seeking a Business System Analyst to join a digital transformation project for a leading Saudi healthcare provider. The role focuses on modernising therapeutic and laboratory services through robust system integration and governance.

Key responsibilities

• Define project governance, including RACI matrix, communication plan, reporting cadence, and decision‑making processes.
• Validate and refine project scope, priorities, assumptions, and expectations.
• Lead Phase 0 workshops covering kickoff, scope validation, compliance, dependency mapping, system demos, architecture and NFR review, estimation calibration, integration review, delivery planning and phase close‑out.
• Document systems requiring integration and prepare Phase 0 documentation, Requirements Management Plan, and Phase 1 CP document.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business or system analysis within large‑scale IT projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to establish clear governance structures.
• Excellent analytical and documentation skills, with a focus on requirements management.
