About the role
Join Red Sea Global Hospitality at Shebara Resort as a Butler, delivering personalized and attentive service to luxury guests. You will ensure every guest’s needs are anticipated and met, creating memorable experiences throughout their stay.
Key responsibilities
- Provide personalized service and handle guest requests with utmost care.
- Anticipate and fulfill guest needs, including room preferences, dining, and activity recommendations.
- Welcome guests upon arrival, introduce them to their rooms, and ensure comfort.
- Record and consistently meet guest preferences such as temperature, pillows, and amenities.
- Respond promptly to requests for room service, transportation, and other personalized needs.
- Offer recommendations for dining, activities, and local experiences.
- Assist with packing and unpacking luggage, arrange transportation, and make reservations for activities or restaurants.
- Replenish room amenities and handle special requests efficiently and discreetly.
