Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between guests and hotel departments such as Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage.
• Arrange transportation, secure restaurant reservations, and coordinate special events or celebrations.
• Provide personalized recommendations and tailor-made touches that exceed guest expectations.
• Assist with basic tasks across departments to ensure seamless service delivery throughout the guest’s stay.
