Buy-Side Deals Manager

About the role

Nami is an AI‑native M&A platform focused on small and medium‑sized business acquisitions in the GCC. As the Deals Manager, Buy‑Side you will own the buyer‑side pipeline, winning mandates from active acquirers and sourcing target businesses on their behalf.

Key responsibilities

• Originate and win buy‑side mandates from verified acquirers.
• Identify, approach and engage target owners, including those not currently in a sale process.
• Screen opportunities, conduct commercial and financial analysis, and prepare deal summaries and recommendations.
• Coordinate communication between buyers, sellers and advisors throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Support diligence, documentation and ensure accurate record‑keeping on Nami’s platform.
• Manage Nami Alliance, the invitation‑only network giving acquirers access to signed mandates.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in Big 4 deal advisory, a regional boutique, investment bank, family office or private‑equity firm.
• Native Arabic (Saudi or Gulf dialect) and professional English.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret financial statements and discuss valuations with CFOs.
• Proven track record of winning client engagements and comfortable with outbound origination.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics or related field; CFA, CVA or equivalent is a plus.
• Saudi nationals preferred; GCC nationals or Saudi‑based candidates with an established buyer network will be considered.

• Full‑time, hybrid role based in Riyadh (or Jeddah) with regional travel.
• Compensation benchmarked to Big 4 Manager level in Saudi Arabia, with variable pay tied to mandates signed and deals closed.
• Direct reporting to the CEO and support from an analyst.
