Cabin Crew – Recruitment Event

About the role

Riyadh Air is launching a new cabin crew recruitment event in Amman. As a cabin crew member you will represent Saudi Arabia, ensuring passenger safety, comfort and delivering the airline’s signature hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all safety and emergency procedures on board.
• Provide attentive in‑flight service, including meals, beverages and amenities.
• Maintain cabin cleanliness and presentation throughout the flight.
• Assist passengers with special needs, disabilities or medical conditions.
• Communicate effectively with fellow crew members and ground staff.
• Represent the Riyadh Air brand and uphold its service standards.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 21 years.
• High school certificate or higher.
• At least one year of experience in hospitality or a customer‑facing role.
• Minimum height of 160 cm and arm reach of 212 cm.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Confident swimmer able to use flotation devices.
• Professional appearance – no visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform.
• Eligible for Saudi employment visa and willing to relocate to Riyadh.
