Cabin Crew – Recruitment Event

About the role

Riyadh Air is seeking enthusiastic Cabin Crew members to join its inaugural fleet. Based in Riyadh but recruiting through an event in Jakarta, you will represent Saudi hospitality on international flights, ensuring passenger safety and delivering the airline’s signature “Hafawa” service.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist passengers throughout the flight, providing high‑quality service and ensuring their comfort.
• Conduct safety briefings, demonstrate emergency equipment, and respond to any in‑flight incidents.
• Maintain cabin cleanliness and presentation in line with Riyadh Air’s standards.
• Collaborate with pilots and ground staff to ensure smooth operations and on‑time departures.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 21 years.
• High school diploma or higher.
• At least one year of experience in hospitality or a customer‑facing role.
• Height of at least 160 cm with an arm reach of 212 cm.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Confident swimmer able to use flotation devices.
• Professional appearance – no visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform.
• Willingness to obtain a Saudi work visa and relocate to Riyadh.
