Cabin Crew Recruitment – Join Riyadh Air

About the role

Riyadh Air, the new Saudi national airline, is seeking enthusiastic cabin crew members to join its inaugural team. Based in Riyadh with an upcoming recruitment event in Kuala Lumpur, successful candidates will represent Saudi hospitality on flights to over 100 global destinations.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure passenger safety and comfort throughout each flight.
• Deliver high‑quality service reflecting Saudi “Hafawa” hospitality.
• Assist with boarding, in‑flight duties, and emergency procedures.
• Maintain cabin cleanliness and presentation standards.

Required profile

• Minimum age 21 years.
• High school diploma or higher.
• At least one year of experience in hospitality or a customer‑facing role.
• Height of at least 160 cm and arm reach of 212 cm.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Confident swimmer able to use flotation devices.
• No visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform.
• Willingness to obtain a Saudi work visa and relocate to Riyadh.
