CAD Draftsman

About the role

We are seeking a talented and detail‑oriented Draftsman who will create accurate 2D and 3D technical drawings and Revit models for architectural and engineering projects. The role bridges conceptual design and construction reality, ensuring that designs comply with building codes and project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Create and modify detailed 2D CAD drawings.
• Develop 3D models and visualisations using CAD and Revit software.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to verify design accuracy.
• Apply building codes and construction standards to all drawings.
• Check and validate design outputs against project specifications.
• Produce precise layouts, schematics, and visualisations.
• Maintain drawing standards and documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a draftsman or in a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Excellent collaboration and teamwork abilities.
• Good spatial awareness and understanding of construction methods.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and construction standards.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
